The foundation of our ShapeWorks ™ Weight Loss Program is the delicious and nutritious Herbalife shake. Each of these mouthwatering shake ideas offer an easy way to cool off, while staying true to your health and weight-loss goals. Just follow the recipes or use them as inspiration to create your own scrumptious concoction.

 CHOCOLATE-BANANA SHAKE

CHOCOLATE-BANANA SHAKE

Combine all ingredients in a blender or a food processor. Pulse until wellblended and ice is crushed.

MELON COOLER

  • 2 tablespoons Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix in Vanilla Flavor
  • 1/2 cup cantaloupe or honeydew melon
  • 1/2 cup of nonfat milk or soy milk
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • One slice of orange
Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Garnish mixture with fresh orange slice and serve with a straw.
 MELON COOLER
 PINA COLADA SHAKE

PINA COLADA SHAKE

  • 2 tablespoons Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix in Vanilla Flavor
  • 1 tablespoon Formula 3 Personalized Protein Powder
  • 1/4 banana, frozen and sliced
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 tsp. coconut extract
  • 4-5 ice cubes (optional)
Combine all ingredients and puree until well-blended. Garnish with a pineapple spear, black cherry or paper umbrella.

MANGO-STRAWBERRY SHAKE

  • 2 tablespoons Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix in Vanilla Flavor
  • 1/2 cup diced mango
  • 1-2 teaspoon Active Fiber Powder
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup nonfat milk or soy milk
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 4-5 ice cubes (optional)
Combine all ingredients and puree until well-blended.
 MANGO-STRAWBERRY SHAKE
 PEACH PASSION SHAKE

PEACH PASSION SHAKE

Combine ingredients in blender and mix until ice is crushed and shake is rich and creamy.

VERY BERRY SHAKE

  • 2 heaping tablespoons French Vanilla Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix
  • 2 tablespoons Formula 3 Personalized Protein Powder (or more)
  • 1/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1 cup low-calorie cranberry juice
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • few drops vanilla extract
  • 4 ice cubes
Place all ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely crushed. Ice cubes are optional.
 HOLYDAY TREATS - VERY BERRY SHAKE
 CHOCOLATE STRAWBERRY SHAKE

CHOCOLATE STRAWBERRY SHAKE

  • 2 heaping tablespoons Dutch Chocolate Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix
  • 2 tablespoons Formula 3 Personalized Protein Powder (or more)
  • 1 cup plain soy milk or nonfat milk
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • few drops vanilla extract
  • 4 ice cubes
Place all ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely crushed. Ice cubes are optional.

ORANGE MANGO SHAKE

  • 2 heaping tablespoons French Vanilla Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix
  • 2 tablespoons Formula 3 Personalized Protein Powder (or more)
  • 1 cup plain soy milk or nonfat milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup canned mandarin oranges, drained
  • 4 ice cubes
Place all ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely crushed. Ice cubes are optional.

BERRY BLAST
  • 2 tablespoons Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix in Wild Berry Flavor
  • 1 cup mixed fresh berries
  • 1/2 cup nonfat milk or soy milk
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 4-5 ice cubes (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a blender or a food processor. Pulse until well blended and ice is crushed.



 PINEAPPLE ORANGE COCONUT SHAKE
PINEAPPLE ORANGE COCONUT SHAKE
  • 2 scoops French Vanilla Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix
  • 2 tablespoons Formula 3 Personalized Protein Powder (or more)
  • 1 cup plain soy milk or nonfat milk
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/8 teaspoon coconut extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon orange extract
  • 4 ice cubes
Place all ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely crushed. Ice cubes are optional.
